Awesome app and good customer service

When Environment Canada changed their website, thus briefly rendering this app unusable, I found myself jonesing for it. I wrote feedback to the designers. Im sure I must have been one in a hundred emails. They got back to me and it didnt even seem like a form letter. These folks should be a model for other app programmers.
